of Using bae2u

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bae2u website accessible at bae2u.net together with all services provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the bae2u platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount of money in a user's account after all deposits, withdrawals and adjustments are taken into account.
• "Bonus" means any money or additional value credited to a user's account based on a running promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a user must wager before a bonus or winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Eligible Games" means games that count fully or partially towards meeting the wagering requirement of a bonus.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the bae2u platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited and bae2u reserves the right to close such accounts.
• Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts.
• Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including full name, MyKad number, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• bae2u reserves the right to request users to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of their MyKad or passport at any time. Failure to do so within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the bae2u platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM50. Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour of submission, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable terms.
• bae2u does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment providers. Users are encouraged to check their provider's terms beforehand.
• All withdrawals must be credited to a payment account registered in the same user's name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• bae2u reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for compliance review purposes, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus offers provided by bae2u, including the welcome bonus, are subject to the following terms:

• The welcome bonus is awarded at 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum value of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM1,200 will give a bonus of RM500, resulting in a balance of RM1,700 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
• The wagering requirement is calculated based on 10 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. Users must meet this requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally towards meeting the wagering requirement. Certain games may be excluded or counted at a lower rate. Users are encouraged to check the latest information in the promotions section.
• Unused bonuses will expire after the validity period set for each offer. Expired bonus balances cannot be recovered.
• bae2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to users.

VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

The bae2u VIP Programme is designed to reward loyal users through five (5) membership tiers with different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — receives weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — receives weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — receives weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — receives weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — receives weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on user activity over time. Cashback is credited to the account weekly and is subject to the usage conditions set for each tier. bae2u reserves the right to update the VIP programme structure from time to time.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

bae2u users are required to comply with the established code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to automate gameplay or interactions with the platform without bae2u's written consent.
• Exploiting any technical errors, system bugs or game inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, also known as "collusion".
• Using a bae2u account for money laundering activities or any unlawful transactions.
• Sharing account information with third parties or allowing others to use your account.

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the bae2u customer support team via live chat or email. The closure process will be completed once all real money balances (not bonuses) have been processed for withdrawal.

bae2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• Suspected activity involving fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Self-request for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds.

In the event of voluntary closure, any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned to the user via the registered payment method, subject to the required checks.

Data Protection and Privacy

bae2u respects user privacy and collects personal information solely for service operation, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and improving user experience. All data is stored with SSL encryption and is not shared with third parties without user consent, except where required by law.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The bae2u platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bae2u makes no express or implied warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bae2u will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or service disruption.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk. bae2u encourages all users to bet responsibly and not to wager more than they can afford to lose.

Amendments to Terms and Notification

bae2u reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be notified to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the bae2u platform after the effective date of such amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments made, they have the right to close their account before the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing provisions under which bae2u operates. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be excluded from this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
